Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving a reason and without penalty.

• Withdrawal is notified by an unequivocal written statement, by email to shop@cama.beer, before the deadline expires.
• Products must be returned unopened, with the cap or cork intact, in their original packaging, within 14 days of notification. Unsealed products are not taken back, for reasons of health protection and hygiene (art. VI.53, 5° CEL).
• Return costs are borne by the consumer.
• The refund (price of the products + initial standard delivery costs) is made within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. CAMA may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or proof of shipment. The refund is made using the same payment method as the order.

Damaged parcel or delivery error

A damaged parcel or a delivery error must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. The procedure is set out in the shipping policy.
